What is your fee for services and are they negotiable?

We offer two different search services (PrioritySearch and Contingency), each custom designable to fit to the needs of any search. Please discuss your requirements with one of our representatives who will be happy to give you a price quote.

What guarantee can you offer our company should the candidate quit or is terminated?

The guarantee varies according to the search service being provided and the desires of the client.

A typical PrioritySearch has a twelve month pro-rated guarantee, and a typical contingency search has a thirty day guarantee.

How long does the search process take?

Many factors influence the length of a search, but we can normally present good, qualified candidates within thirty to forty-five days.

Can you keep the search confidential?

All of our searches have an element of confidentiality. For example, we never advertise your firm name. With a PrioritySearch we are able to provide even greater security.
